Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Legal Entity & Statement Descriptor

Cam Smart Solutions is a trading name for network consulting services. All payments are processed by the legal entity: CAM HELP DESK LLC.

2. The "No-Fix, No-Fee" Guarantee

We operate on a result-oriented basis. If our network architects cannot identify the root cause or provide a configuration solution for your device issue, you are eligible for a 100% Refund of the service fee.

3. 7-Day Configuration Warranty

If the same connectivity issue reoccurs within 7 days of our service session:

• We will provide a follow-up audit at no extra cost.
• If the issue persists after the second audit, CAM HELP DESK LLC will issue a full refund.

4. Exclusions (Non-Refundable)

Please note that we provide consulting services, not hardware. Refunds are NOT approved for:

• Hardware Defects: If your camera, doorbell, or router is physically broken.
• ISP Outages: Connection loss due to your Internet Service Provider going offline.
• Unwillingness to Cooperate: If a client refuses to follow the verbal troubleshooting steps provided.

5. Processing Time

To request a refund, please email support@camsmartsolutions.com with your Appointment ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-7 business days.
