1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking services with Cam Smart Solutions (Operated by CAM HELP DESK LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Nature of Services

We provide third-party technical consulting for home network configuration. We are NOT the manufacturer of your devices.

We do not sell hardware.
We do not provide warranty replacements for broken devices.
Our services are limited to verbal guidance and network troubleshooting.

3. Limitation of Liability

CAM HELP DESK LLC shall not be held liable for any data loss, hardware failure, or firmware corruption that occurs during the troubleshooting process. The client acknowledges that factory resetting devices involves inherent risks and agrees to proceed at their own risk.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Services are billed as one-time consulting fees or annual plans. Charges will appear on your statement as "CAM SMART SOL".
